Scott is NOT Derek's senpai. He is his kohai. Maybe y'all are doing it for the lulz, but it doesn't really work that way so it's not funny. Even if someone is hopelessly, unrequitedly infatuated with someone, it doesn't make that person their senpai. A senpai is someone older or more experienced. Derek is both older AND more experienced than Scott. He is Scott's senpai both in age and in experience as a werewolf. Maybe you're saying that since he's shown some ineptitude as an alpha, he's secretly viewing Scott as a senpai because he's better at leading his "pack" than Derek himself is. But... no. To me, Derek will always be Scott's senpai and Scott his kohai, because he shows the constant desire to protect and look out for Scott. So yeah.
