So the more I think about it, the more I'm livid with little miss Argent. Yes, yes... I admit it was creepy that she'd been sitting in the dark waiting for her for an hour, but once you get past the initial surprise, one should be struck by how intensely upset and desperate a person would have to be to do that. And this person is not just any person. It's your BEST FRIEND. The one who you hovered over at the hospital, worried sick about. So your best friend, she tells you she's been waiting for you for an hour and that she needs to talk. You don't know why. For all you know, she got raped by the cute but creepy stalker boy who tried to put the moves on her in her yard. But do you even ASK what's wrong? No. You tell her you don't have time for her and to add insult to injury, you basically call her spoiled, which however true it may be is highly inappropriate given the circumstances. No, you don't have time for her AND you're accusing her of having to get what she wants when she wants it.

So when do you finally have time for your best friend? When she reveals that she has skills that you can use to get what you want. Who does this remind me of? Kate Argent, who used Derek to get what she wanted. Sure, what she wanted was to burn a house full of werewolves and innocent people alive, and what Allison wants is a latin translation that could help the man she loves, but the similarity remains. Allison had no time for Lydia until she realized she could USE Lydia to get what she wanted. Move over Kate, we have a new heartless manipulator in town. I guess Allison IS an Argent after all.
