imagine Alastor sitting at the bar with his whiskey and grumbling under his breath about how indecent Lucifer and his shadow are while they cuddle and smooch on the lobby couch and Husk has to just listen to it and seriously debating calling Alastor out on his jealousy cause being dead is probably better than being forced to listen to Alastor's aggressive pining

Alastor's been sipping from an empty glass for the past eight minutes, but Husk is not about to add more booze to that particular fire.

"You know, other people do have to sit on that couch." The Radio Demon huffs, setting his glass down with an aggressive thunk before immediately picking it back up and taking yet another imaginary swig.

Husk shoots a glance over to the aforementioned couch. They aren't even doing all that much, and watching Lucifer... kissing? Alastor’s shadow is incomprehensible at best, the edges of them fuzzing in a swirl of shadow and light. It makes his head hurt, but whatever Alastor’s feeling about it is far more of a headache.

Maybe he should be throwing more booze Alastor's way. Enough alcohol on that fire and they'd both go up in flames.

Another disappointed and very pointed sigh from the lone barfly was enough to make Husk grit his teeth. Might be worth it.

He didn't pour another drink, not in the end. Lucifer was enough of an unknown. And if the pyre of pining was going to be enough to take out the Radio Demon, it very well might take out the shadow too, and Husk didn't want to chance testing if Lucifer’s powers included resurrection.

Some things just weren't worth it.
