Trucy is performing a 'saw in half' magic trick with Diego as the volunteer assistant, with Phoenix, Maya, and Pearl as their direct audience. Diego however states "I'll see you soon Mia" with an acted out blissful expression as if he's about to die and see her in the afterlife, causing Trucy to look at him with minor astoundment, while Phoenix and Maya scream "DIEGO!!!!!" in shock in response. Pearl's reaction is much more mild, saying "well it's good he can joke about it now".

it is a 2 panel mini comic, although it is noted that there should probably be more panels between the two to better transition the shots, but the artist (me) did not feel like drawing them.
the first panel has Diego in the middle, his visor on and looking down at a contact lens case in his hands. in the foreground to the sides is Pheonix and a doctor who has prescribed them to him. In reference to the contacts as a replacement for Diego's visor, Phoenix says to Diego "It was something I wondered about... tech's come a long way since that visor, y'know? so..."; implying that he was the one who looked into seeing if they could be developed and to get Diego a prescription.
the second panel has Diego hugging Phoenix, an angle where only Phoenix's face is visible, but Diego is visibly trembling with emotion. Diego, in a weak attempt to berate Phoenix for his kindness and not knowing how to thank him responds with "...damn you nick.". Phoenix however has a sympathetic smile, and having already accepted the hug knows that Diego is truly grateful, and gently plays off Diego's comment with "...yeah yeah big guy."

Phoenix has walked in behind on Diego and Maya from behind the couch, and having observed their bit, tentatively plays along by speaking up with an curious "meow?". Diego and Maya however have gone silent, looking eachother in the eyes and smiling smugly as they make a psychic connection of what they're about to do.

Diego and Maya turn their heads to look at Phoenix and respond loudly with "grown ass man" to mock Phoenix for attempting to join their bit. Phoenix, with annoyance and shock, responds with name calling both of them "BITCHES??"
