You’re passing away your time in sins, but what will happen when time will pass you away from this dunya?

Whenever you're inflicted with trials and you feel stuck. Turn towards Allah like a beggar and keep knocking on His door. Wallah, a heart that turns towards Him in certainty of help, He will accept the dua of that person and place cure in his heart

I was doing dhikr while I thought about this.

When we see something unfair happening to someone we help them out and once we help them out, we expect that person to pay us back. What does it mean by “expect that person to pay us back”? It does not necessarily mean that we had this thought exactly at the same time we helped them out. No. We have this thought when that person hurts us, betrays us, mentally disturbs us. Then we think I helped him or her then how could he or she do this to me?

But what did Allah say? Did Allah ever tell us to expect something from this World? Did he? No! He merely said do good to everyone and I will be the one to reward you. You do good to everyone for ME. Not for your own benefit. You do it only for Allah and Allah alone. You want peace? You find it in the remembrance of Allah. You will always ALWAYS break if you always expect something from this World. You will be a prisoner to your nafs if you always expect something from this World.

So remember brothers and sisters ‘Be in this World as if you were a stranger or a traveler.’

(Sahih Al-Bukhari Book#76, Hadith #425)

When prayer gets hard for you and you tell yourself “Get up, it’s Allah who you are praying to, don’t let him down.”? Trust me Allah loves you at that time more than anything you can ever imagine. He loves your struggles and he’ll reward you a gazillion times for that more than the prayers that you easily offer. He loves struggles more than ease.

May Allah accept everyone’s broken little salah. Ameen.
