He was handsome; his dark brown hair a stark contrast to his piercing yellow eyes. When he smiled just right, a hint of dimples poked through his cheeks. Eons of solitude wore away at his weary soul, and he longed for Helios’s blinding rays to grace his pale skin, to see blooming gardens rise from dirt, and for the smell of earthy petrichor once again. He wanted—needed—his own slice of Elysian in the Hell he, unfortunately, called home.
