Tomco and Globclipsa AU Idea

Has anyone done a fanfic or AU where Tom and Marco swap narratives with Globgor and Eclipsa?

I had a theory for a while throughout the show that Marco was a descendant of the original Mewni royalty line. (Hence him gaining cheek marks immediately first time using the wand.)

So I feel like in a Relatively Falls like AU it'd be cute and interesting if those two ships swapped places.

Though I don't know where all the other characters would fall in the swap hmmm. 🤔

Trolls Crackship Idea!

Clay from Trolls 3 x Gust Tumbleweed from Trollstopia!

They both have sad book clubs! And Gust is the Fun Sheriff while Clay is the Putt Putt Manager. They could bond over both their favorite books and how difficult it is to handle troublemaking trolls!

Do you ever think about how Bruce didn't have any of his family at his wedding. How Brandi's side of the seats were probably filled to the brim with both family and friends while Bruce's was probably just a couple of vacationers that he had recently made friends with.

Do you ever think about how Bruce might have closed his eyes while he was getting ready and tried to imagine what his brothers would look like: older, wearing suits and standing beside him as his best men. Only to open his eyes to just his own reflection staring forlornly back at him in the mirror.

Do you ever think about how Bruce probably didn't include any specific troll traditions in his wedding ceremony. How he probably told himself "What's the point?" Because no other trolls would even be attending.

Do you ever think about how Bruce's brothers weren't there for the birth of any of his children. How everytime members of his wife's family would rush in to congratulate them and introduce themselves to the newest member of the family, he couldn't help but dream that his brothers would also walk through that door and tell him that they're proud to be uncles.

Do you ever think about how Bruce might have also heard about the incident at the troll tree and thought his brothers might be dead. Until he heard about John Dory being a traveling adventurer and sent him a post card with his location as soon as he found out one of his brothers were alive. And how he kept waiting, and waiting but John Dory never showed up or responded to his post card.

Do ever go absolutely feral and think about all of this.

Am I the only one that ships Clay x Viva wayyy more than Branch x Poppy?

I just like their vibes more. Then again, I've always preferred background ships lol. (For example I prefer Doug x Evie over Mal x Ben in Descendants. 🤣)

Plus it might just be because I've never vibed with Poppy much, especially in the first two movies. (Though I must say she is a lot better in the third movie, I'm proud of her progress.)

Final Results Mewsings!

First place Sea Bunny!!! 🎉 I'm so glad one of the sea slugs Won ahhh. I'm definitely biased but sea slugs are so cute and deserve more recognition fr fr.

Second place Snail. I had a hunch this one would be popular, and for good reason. Snail's are iconic. They're just such lil fellas. 💅 🐌

Third place Blue Sea Dragon and Fourth place Gecko. Another sea slug and iconic animal. Hell yeah.

I'm surprised Frog and Salamander didn't get more votes tbh. Especially Frogs, who are so beloved on Tumblr lol.

Last place Honey Fungus. Makes Sense, since most palisman or either animal or mythical creature based. There's very few "plant" palisman shown in the show.

Next to last place Sea Angel??? What??? But they're so pretty and they match Vee's color scheme to a T. Craziness smh. 😔

Writing Prompt/Concept

A spy team made up of a grandfather, son, and grandson who's code names are Senior, Mister, and Junior.

Okay hear me out. A Fluttershy that's secretly/not so secretly feral/has wild animal tendencies.

An animal growls, snarls or hisses at her and she's had enough? She'll do it Right Back.

The group has to track something/somepony down? Next thing you know Fluttershy is howling up into the air and a pack of wolves emerges from the woods in order to lend a paw.

Applejack needs help herding some cows or sheep and Winona is injured/sick/away at the moment? Here comes Fluttershy nipping at their heels and barking at them to round them up.

Somepony needs help digging a hole but they don't have any shovels? Cue Fluttershy expertly digging into the earth directly with her hooves like a mole.

Somepony needs help carrying something heavy and Applejack isn't around? There goes Fluttershy lifting up something twice her size like it was nothing, almost like she's an ant.

She. Can sleep. Anywhere. In a tree like a leopard. Upside down like a bat. Standing up like...well, a horse. Buried in the sand like a crab. In a rocky cave like a bear. Halfway in water like a seal. An. Ny. Where.

Rubs cheeks against friends and family like a cat. Will sometimes try to lick you too groom you. Will carry things around in her mouth.

Just a Fluttershy with animal tendencies that she got from constantly being around animals. And her constantly surprising/startling other ponies with them.

Final results mewsings!

First place goes to Screech Owl! Woohoo! He matches his mama Eda. 😭🥰 So cute.

Second place went to Bat Queen's Kid. While it would be very cute story and lore wise, I can see how it wouldn't really fit his aesthetic. 🤔

Third place yellow duck! Birds are a great choice in general considering he's an official Clawthorne. (I also saw justapikachu1 suggest Vulture in the tags and omg I love that idea!! I wish I would have thought to include that option in the poll.)

Side note: I'm happy that Echo Mouse got so many votes/Fourth place since it's the one that I was secretly rooting for. >;3c

Last place with absolutely no votes goes to lion/tiger! While I agree they don't really fit King's aesthetic, the cat lover/crazy cat lady in me is sad that they got 0%. 🤣
