I Watched Infinity War Today, Sometimes I Question Why I Liked It So Much Because Half The Things They
I watched Infinity War today, sometimes I question why I liked it so much because half the things they do pisses me off. Especially Quill he pisses me off so much.
And STEVE, don’t even get me started on him. “We don’t trade lives,” JUST A MOVIE A GO YOU WERE PREACHING THAT WE NEED ACCEPT THAT IN YOUR LINE OF WORK YOU CAN’T SAVE EVERYONE. And than he goes ahead sacrifices a bunch of people (POCs) to save a ROBOT! Who mind you could be made again.
But I guess that only applies to faceless people. Not to the people you know personally and especially not if Wanda loves that person. I hate his hypocritical ass so much.

everyone celebrating india's mission to the moon's south pole i love you and im with you but this is NOT india's first accomplishment in space!! im seeing a lot of people saying that but its not true. some other things we've done:
confirm the presence of water and ice on the moon
was the first asian nation to reach mars orbit, and the first nation IN THE WORLD to reach it in it's maiden attempt
saved thousands of lives from cyclone phailin in 2013 over the four days, resulting in 45 deaths when without them, would have been in the thousands at minimum
launched the first successful flight using the indigenous cryogenic engine
successfully neutralized a satellite in space with an anti-satellite (mission shakti, anyone?)
launched 104 satellites with one (1) rocket
THE VIKAS ENGINE??? HELLO?? NAMBI NARAYANAN??? even if you didnt know him before, surely youve seen the movie rocketry?
not to mention everything we've done in coordination with other nations, and achievements from Indian scientists and astronauts that were then taken by other nations, usually during war. plus, we've always been much more cost efficient than our space-faring peer nations
all to say!! we've always been there, and we've always been strong. our mission now only proves that, and we should scream it loud and proud for any westerner who ignores us again
The thing is, Pavitr is in the Spider Society, he knows about canon events. And still when he's on that bridge and watching the rubble fall, he says "I can do both," and he tries to save Inspector Singh, even knowing he's Supposed to die. Because that's what being Spider-Man is about, trying to save everyone, even when when it seems impossible
I feel like my family gets internal joy from pissing me off
If Peter 1, Peter 2 and Peter 3 where in Spider-Man Across The Spider-Verse they would shut Miguel’s little cult down right away BECAUSE WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT?! I’m still so baffled and offended that all those spider people just accepted “canon” it’s not what Spider-Man is about
And that’s why Miles is better than all of them
And I’m not gonna lie, it kinda made me not like Peter B Parker
Yeah sex is cool but have you witnessed a groundbreaking and historical scientific event performed by your country??
