I know I was just looking at it from a military perspective, I’m actually surprised the Darkling didn’t do this, have them blend in the military but I guess it turns back to the First Army and their anti grish sentiments. They wouldn’t accept the Grisha among their ranks

Aleksander: Creates Little Palace in order for Grisha to have home and shelter.

Alina: Kills Aleksander.

Also Alina: OMG, Genya! I’ve just had an amazing idea! How about we turn this palace into a shelter!!!

I still don’t get why Nikolai hired the Crows to kidnap Alina when he could have gotten to her by simply going back to the palace where he’s a prince.

While the reasoning behind isn’t good, I think making them wear one color is a good decision, now they have the element of surprise, their enemies can’t tell what type of Grisha they are so they don’t know what to expect.

Yeah and now that she had the Darkling’s powers it could go two ways, they’ll turn on her because “shadow summoner bad” and she’ll finally realize that the Darkling was right, which I highly doubt they’d let that happen. Or everyone will still love her and everything will be fine because she’s a saint and plot armor.

I'm taking bets on Netflix removing Alina's white hair completely from the story.
