Painfully waiting for my Felicity Funko to get to GameStop…..

Got to meet Supergirl when she was filming in Vancouver.

Thea: "Where have you been?!" Oliver: "I was in Blüdhaven, ran into an old friend of mine, things got interesting..."

Maybe I read far too much fanfiction, but I was dissapointed in Oliver this episode. I was expecting him to react at least as bad as he did when it was Thea in a hospital bed. 

I found the Olicity scenes very sweet, but I was hoping for emotional, raw, painful-I wanted them to make me cry with how much Oliver loves Felicity and how he can’t stand to see her hurt. But instead I got a joke about Bali, that while sweet -didn’t deliver the emotion I wanted. 

Oliver knew he was in love with Felicity in 2x06.....So he was falling in love with her...

Here, in 2x01 when she built him a new Arrow cave and it was perfect…

and here in 2x02 when she angry babbled…..then made him coffee…

ONE cup of coffee…..

and here in 2x03 when she trusted him with her life…..

and realized she believed in him when no one else did….

Then in 2x04 when she held his face in her hands like it was nothing…but it was something…

and she was one step ahead of him (again)…

And in 2x05, when she gained the trust of someone important to his past…

 Then accidentally, in 2x06, he hurt her, and he knew it…and he wished he could take it back….

and believed he will never deserve her….

but she tells him he does….

He knew then, he had fallen so irrevocably in love…

that he would do anything to protect her…no matter the cost…

he found a way to tell her, in the only way he could…and for then, it was enough…

because it was only the beginning…
