I am Fidaa from Gaza. I am 29 years old. I stand before you as a person trying to preserve his family. I am married and a mother of two children, Sila, who is two years old, and a child named Muhammad Amr, 2 months old. I gave birth to him during the war and in very harsh conditions that no human being can bear. I moved from the hospital directly to the tent, and I cannot describe the extent of the suffering and difficulty of living in the tent๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ’”๐Ÿ’”

We try to live under miserable conditions in tents in Mawasi Khan Yunis, south of Gaza. It is difficult for me to find the words to describe what we face every day in Gaza. No food, no medicine, no clean drinking water, oppression, helplessness, psychological pressures, doubts, and daily trauma due to the loss of loved ones. In Gaza, it's not just hunger, disease and fear; Rather, it means actual death.

We have been forced to move more than 7 times, and my house has been completely destroyed, and I cannot provide enough milk, diapers, medicines, and vitamins for my children.๐Ÿ’”๐Ÿ‰๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ˜ญ

Now, I find myself in this difficult situation, and I strongly and humbly ask for your help to save the lives of my family, especially my children, by getting us out of Gaza. The situation in Gaza has become unbearable due to slow death as a result of hunger, thirst, displacement, the spread of diseases and continuous bombing.๐Ÿ‰๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ’”

The past months have been full of hell and horror. This war has gone on for too long, and our mental health and lives are constantly at risk. We have reached a point where there is no hope anymore in Gaza, as if we are waiting for death. Even if a ceasefire is reached, the devastation in Gaza in all its forms cannot be quickly repaired

Please help me and my children to get us out of genocide๐Ÿ‰๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ’”

Your help will contribute greatly to alleviating our suffering. I hope you will share my story with your family and friends.๐Ÿ’”๐Ÿ’”

I will be forever grateful for your kind assistance in this difficult time๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ธ

Thank you for your kindness and generosityโค๏ธ.

a series of panels featuring the main party in dungeon meshi, as they appear in the cover of the daydream hour compilation, done in warm colours against a pale pink background. in the first, falin hugs senshi around the neck and bends down to kiss his temple, while he smiles and pats her arm. senshi then turns to pass the kiss onto chilchuck, who crosses his arms and screws his face up, blushing, as he's kissed on the cheek.
izutsumi baps an unamused chilchuck in the face before he can turn to her. without looking back, she does the same to laios, smacking her open palm over his smiling face as he comes up behind her, arms open for a hug.
laios gently holds marcille's smiling face in his hands and bends down to kiss the crown of her head. marcille then turns and is startled by falin, who leans closer to her, tilts her head, and points at her own lips in an unspoken request.
flustered, marcille fidgets with her hair, pulling it over her shoulder and twirling a lock with her finger, as she avoids falin's steady, patient gaze. behind them, the rest of the party sends mixed encouragement: senshi smiles, laios gives two thumbs up and a wide grin, chilchuck heckles supportively, and izutsumi simply pictures herself.
in a much simpler cartoon style, marcille steels herself, pumping her fists, while falin fondly waits for her.
marcille launches herself at falin in a spirited kiss. she's bright red to her ears, hair whipping out behind her, arms wrapped firmly around falin's neck. falin returns the kiss happily, bringing her arms around to hold marcille. the force scatters petals from the flowers tucked in their hair and in falin's belt.

pass it on!

There's an EU initiative going on right now that essentially boils down to wanting to force videogame publishers with paid games and/or games with paid elements such as DLC, expansions and microtransactions to leave said games in a playable state after they end support, or in simpler terms, make them stop killing games.

A "playable state" would be something like an offline mode for previously always online titles, or the ability for people to host their own servers where reasonably possible just to name some examples.

I don't think I need to tell anyone that having something you paid for being taken from you is bad, which is a thing that routinely happens with live service and other always online games with a notable recent example being The Crew which is now permanently unplayable.

Any EU citizen is eligible to sign the initiative, but only once and if you mess up that's it. You can find it here. (https://citizens-initiative.europa.eu/initiatives/details/2024/000007_en)

Even if you're not European or you signed it already, you can share this initiative with anyone who is, even if they don't care about videogames specifically because this needs a million signatures and there is different thresholds that need to be met for each EU country for their votes to even count and could also be a precedent for other similar practices like when Sony removed a bunch of Discovery TV content people paid for.
