i have no explanation for these

hi everyone, I need help. So my 18 year old dog is dying. And Its not good.

She's been with me since I was born and I'm the one who has always taken care of her, I cant imagine the world without her. Sure she's old but that doesn't make it any easier. On Saturday she was alright sleeping as she does most of the day, and the Sunday morning she's awful, can't get out of bed, it's stumbling on her feet and it hurts me soo much to see her like this. Today she is on her bed and she can't move, literally. I hate the fact that I have to see her fade away in front of my eyes and all I do is state at her in helplessness.

I just want to run away and forget what is happening and every time i see her I break down because its like her body is there, but she doesn't acknowledge me, just states away in space, she cant even drink water and absent eaten since Saturday. And today is Tuesday.

its harder for my mom though since she's been with her before I even existed.

I hate having to remember her like this
