She’s also the punisher of passion (her role is to punish people whose passion leads them to unforgivable acts) but I think also she has a great hatred for the system she’s born into and all that anger is turned towards others and herself via the trivial thing of romantic attraction. There’s a degree of separation between her and everyone else that Zagreus can’t penetrate (same with Tisiphone) because of a core difference in understandings and I just think her being aro has a lot to do with it in a greater thematic way.
