Non-Competitive Affirmations

So earlier I mentioned that the Law of Assumption and its community cultivates a competitive mindset, which can be harmful to one's mental health. I figured I'd do a little list of non-competitive affirmations, for anybody who's into that kind of thing and looking for an alternative.

My present circumstances are not forever.

I can change and grow.

I am capable.

I am allowed to express my needs.

I am allowed to set and enforce boundaries.

I am allowed to say "no."

It's okay if I can't do it all right now.

If it hurts me, I can leave it and find something else.

If it doesn't work out for me, I can try something else.

I deserve respect and compassion.

I am allowed to ask for help.

There is more for me out there than I know.

I search for things that bring me joy and help me grow.

If I search, I will find.

I can try, try, and try again.

If I don't know, I can ask.

My looks do not define my worth.

My ability does not define my worth.

My income does not define my worth.

I am not responsible for those who hurt me.

I am not responsible for other people's projections.

I look for beauty and wonder everywhere I go.

I look for the good in myself and I nurture it.
