I'm not sure when they started dating but I'm sure it started after they defeated lady bone demon. that LBD was first priority but after that I think Wukong started visiting the six-eared God home.

It would be for silly things like "oh! here's the map forgot to give it back lol" or "hey there six, I accidentally ordered too many Peach moon cakes. can you believe that, silly me!" And even "heeey there I got these free tickets to this new movie i'm in monkey cop, i'm kind of the star of the movie.... you wanna maybe.. see it?"

He would throw a hint here and there that he liked macaque and when macaque looked a little surprised by those little hints or kinda catching on. he would quickly backpedal getting really anxious and just JK or change the subject entirely, he's brave not stupid.

He's just not sure if he's the six-eared god macaque's type.

But one day when Monkey King didn't have Training Day with MK. he was practicing how to ask macaque on a date in the mirror and kind of accidentally butt dialed him when he was sitting down and casually said "hey you wanna go on a date with me to this amusement park this Saturday? it's kind of new, I'm free whenever." Then all of a sudden he hears a very loud shriek and macaque saying yes, yes, yes,! to let him know what time he should be there, that this is going to be so much fun! then he quickly hangs up to get ready for his date on Saturday with The Monkey King.... everything was quiet and for a moment Wukong was in shock but slowly he begins to panic and taking out his phone from his back pocket to see if that really just happen.

And that's where it all began, he is fully dating the six-eared God all because he accidentally butt dialed his Crush asking him on a date so casually that he will never admit that it was an accident and that he's just that smooth! but he no longer keeps his phone in his back pocket anymore... for personal reasons. He has to look good in front of the kids you know.

I have a funny/kinda sad scenario to share with you- sun wukongs both spoiling his pocket monkey mango and teaching MK right? so imagine sun wukong dealing with the ever classic problem he faced in the jttw- pets gaining power and intelligence from listening in on someones teachings and deciding to use that power for evil.

But mangos version of evil is just like, ham ham adventures and he's stealing his treats from the fridge when sun wukongs not looking and playing pranks on mk.

mk SWEARING something is up with sun wukongs mango but monkey kings not hearing it, dont call his mango an evil demon man its rude.

Mango sneaks out of their hamster cage and hiding somewhere just to pull a prank on sun wukong and almost starting a mass demon slaughtering spree in sun wukongs hunt to find his darling mango.

Macaque would teach his lil peaches stuff on purpose so he could better figure out what peaches needs/wants when chirping.

🌸I can totally see him bullying MK! getting into his stuff and leaving him a present in his shoes when he stays over at Monkey King's house. And mango being jealous of MK getting more time with HIS King! Oh, and maybe when Monkey King, does see him do something he's not supposed to, he looks up at him with big eyes and does a cute little bow he saw on TV once to show that he's very sorry, Wukong just freaking melts thinking he is and lil mango gets away with it!! 😚OMG this is the cutest idea ever!!!😆💕
