Hi again 👋 I noticed on your two shipping post, why do u ship zak x nia? Can I learn more about them please like how did they meet, what do they do, if u want 2 that is. (I really love your ships and they look really cute 🥰😍)

Well, I've always depicted Zak as being an albino black, which explains his poor health in the TV show because albinism isn't all that great. Most people with albinism have lifelong health problems ranging from poor eyesight to weak immune systems. I've always liked the idea of bad boy meets good girl and he changes his ways for the better for her. Considering Nia's original bland characterization of just happy and thoughtful, I thought I'd write a character ark of her views and patience being tested with Zak. I haven't really flushed it out much more than that, but I want it to be a fleshed-out story of character growth because I've confirmed in the past that Zak is rather suborn and in denial about his health problems, so Nia would help him through that. This is all in my human machines au at least, it may be different from AU to AU. For example, in my mythic au since Nia will be coming to Sodor near the end, by then Zak had stopped being Henry's jockey and has taken to adopting Nia while she's in the UK since she's a lot younger than him in that au. So yeah, Zak adopts a daughter and Henry gets a little sister.
