i’m getting evicted for being trans & I need help.
hey guys. my name’s chris. i was born christina. from the time I was five years old, I knew I was trans. and I spent my high school years being picked on for being too boyish. Art was my escape. Through art, I could draw my body exactly how I wanted it to look.
This year I turned 18, and finally told my mom and dad I’m trans. I wanted to do it before Christmas, so I could spend my first Christmas out of hiding. I knew my parents would be upset, but I didn’t expect them to kick me out.
Sadly, they turned on me. they said they loved me, but that i’d be a bad influence on my five-year-old brother. a big part of me is relieved that I’ll be out of the house, but the other part of me is freaking the fuck out. i’m jobless and broke. i have three more weeks before I have to pay rent and groceries all on my own. I’ll be looking for a job, but in the meantime I'm desperate to have the security of a month’s rent.
Please PLEASE help me. if you can even give $5 … it will help so much.

Is anyone interested in participating in an Vintage anime zine?
The zine will basically pay homage to 70s-90s animes such as Dragon Ball, Yu Yu Hakusho, Ghost in the Shell, InuYasha, Case closed, Fushigi Yuugi, etc. Any anime series as long as it was released between the 1970s and 1990s.
This zine will be both for-profit and charity. Part of the proceeds will go to charity. More information will be released if there is enough interest.

CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS
…FOR THE THROWAWAY ACCOUNT’S FIRST ISSUE!
The Throwaway Account is a brand new zine planning to debut in February 2019 interested in your poetry, micro essays, flash fiction, little interviews, postcard-sized art, mini-comics, and other forms of short-short stories! The theme for the first issue is “Emotions,” which can be anything from sadness to gladness. While the publication will be mostly in English, submissions in other languages, especially for feelings and concepts that are untranslatable, are welcome.
Send all submissions and queries to editor Liz Tetu at [email protected] by January 14th 2019 to be considered for the first issue. Non-themed submissions are accepted on a rolling basis (aka anytime) for future issues coming out May, August, and November.
“Throwaway” means an interest in anything you have! Old or new, unfinished or just unpolished, the embarrassing, too personal, and too weird submissions are considered just as seriously as any other. Reprints are acceptable, as well, as long as you note where it was originally published when you submit.
“Throwaway” also refers to the way the zine will be printed. The plan is to print most (and handwrite some) submissions and adhere them to napkins made of recycled materials borrowed from restaurants.

We have made a few notes within this post to explain how monsters will be chosen once the zine begins and the contributors are accepted! This will help with some confusion! We decided that this was better than making a master list of monsters that are not allowed and what is allowed; and basically, that list will come to be shown to the contributors if that is what they would like to work off of!
This post will also come to explain what will not be allowed within the zine or the pieces that will be in it!
What are the styles you’re looking for?
Though this is a monster zine, with the theme being the 50s we would like to have a style that is bright and colorful as well as soft and playful! We want styles that show personality and fun times with pieces! We DO NOT want gore, horrific or terrifying.

I’ve done some more Harry Potter badge designs. I’ve done the wolfsbane potion that Remus lupine used as well as skele-gro and even veritaserum. Im going to make them into a badge set with the other three I’ve done and I’m super happy with how they turned out.
The next two characters in my chibi collection. This time it’s Kuchona and Fiore. Kuchona meaning stitches and Fiore meaning flower so you can guess who is who. I love how they turned out and how cute they look.
Had a commission done by an artist on Instagram called caboodleofdoodles. I totally recommend checking her work out it’s absolutely gorgeous and her art style is cute and amazing. Check her out and get a commission from her to help her out if you can or even just follow her.

You’ve heard of the girl on fire. Well this is the girl made of fire and lava and magma. Her name is Leura which is an Australian name meaning lava. I love how she turned out and can’t wait to draw her as a chibi which is what I plan to do for all my pastel gore characters. Enjoy.
I recently had inspirations for a pastel gore character that was less gore. This is shattered mirror inspired character who is forever trapped throughout time. Her name is Tempus and she is also steampunk inspired. I also included a non shattered version so you could see what she looked like before she was shattered. Hope you like her and I plan to have her Speedpaint up soon this Saturday.
The next potion in my Harry Potter. Potion set. This one is of felix felicis also known as liquid luck. I love how golden it lo9ks and can’t wait to make it into a proper badge to add to my collection. Hope you like it as much I do.

I decided to redraw Sucre in a way to match the other pastel gore characters I’ve done. I definitely prefer this version of her and love how she came out so much better. I also renamed her Marioneta as it litterally means puppet which is a name that suits her better than Sucre. Hope you like her as much as I do.
Another addition to my collection of Steven universe print designs. I love how the crystals in the background look considering Sapphire has an icy ability so I thought it would match well. Next up will be Ruby to match her and then Garnet to make it a sort of trio set.
Got the inspiration to do another pastel gore character. This one inspired by tech and glitches hence the name Glitch for her. I love her galaxy colour scheme and I hope you do to. If you also look closely at her freckles they are then constellations Leo and Aquarius.
I’ve done peridot and lapis so I thought I’d do amethyst to add to the ever growing collection. Next up is sapphire I think. Hope you like them.
