So here's a hot take about the mannequins in Little Nightmares.
When you are grabbed by them all the do is look at you on curiosity. They don't hurt you. They handle you carefully and just tilt their head. So here's what I think, they're lonely and/or are very naive and curious. I may only have one slight bit of evidence but that's why it's a hot take. Listen they follow you in the dark and when you're not there they just stand around doing nothing. It must get lonely. I am open to discussion but please be warned this is really just a head cannon and not really based in any truth.
