I swear to God, my heart hurts so much for Five's character still
why the hell does Five blindly trust the other Fives in the diner scene when they tell him to erase the entire family out of existence??? Five who we have seen not even trust himself from the same timeline just from the past?? Five would never trust a bunch of alternate timeline Fives telling him to just kill the whole ass family! sure he goes to the diner when he's being all mopey about Lila (which is already out of character) and running out of options but i would argue this is even more out of character for Five then the entire Five x Lila storyline

don’t believe everything your anxiety tells you. anxious thoughts can be very scary and stressful, but aren’t usually true.

Sometimes you just need to accept that you did what you had to do to survive and forgive yourself for it.
I literally cannot overstate how important creative hobbies are when dealing with mental illness. If you can’t draw, there are coloring books. If you can’t write a novel, you can write in short journaling bursts. If you can’t sing in the shower, you can listen to music. Sometimes with mental illness it feels like we have this dark presence inside of us that is bumping around in our brain and organs, causing problems. It helps immensely to let it out.

my friends, it is not illegal to recognize there are problematic elements to the content you enjoy. it’s called critical thinking. you can enjoy something and not turn a blind eye to the shit wrong with it.Â
You need to start unironically loving stupid things again and maybe realize they're not so stupid afterall
