The Sophomore Collection - by Sentate & Serenity
@sentate and I both had so much fun working on last year's collaboration so we just knew there had to be a sequel!
The Sophomore Collection was inspired by casual, preppy fashion with a sporty edge that can be mixed and matched to create some effortlessly stylish looks. It's the perfect blend of It-Girl and Off-Duty fashion!
The set features a combined total of 31 items across a newly created 20 swatch colour palette along with additional colourblock, stripe and denim palettes.

SPAH Bathroom - Tiles
Hi!! How are you? I finally managed to modify the steam room from the SpaDay pack and created a luxurious bathroom set for our Sims house. I'm super proud of it! Since the Smoke effect takes up 3x4 tiles, I couldn't reduce the size, but you can use the move objects cheat to add a shower and bathtub in this area to create a large bathroom.

this preview picture might be the worst i have ever taken. not because i think it looks bad but because it looks like you are getting a new kitchen. however i thought this was the nicest screenshot i took with the windows so far and it shows off my favourite feature of them, which is the slots on the window sill of the opened windows! you might have seen this feature already in part 1 of this set which is becoming a series where i plan to add a collection of build-mode cc.

The third and last part is here!
It is focused on the Kitchen area but I want to talk more about the whole set.
Style choices
It is difficult to define in a few words my entire vision of contemporary industrial style, but keep in mind that for this set, I propose a clash, between the old and the new, with a challenge, what to expose and what to hide.
That’s why we see some farmhouse-style and stainless steel counters in the same set, and we see a whole set of exposed electric light fixtures combined with lots of wall and ceiling panels.
I tried to avoid as much as possible the steampunk look that we saw in the industrial style of the 2000s while exploring metal, in different formats, wood, and leather.
About the set
This set was made to cover the three main areas of a good restaurant:
The sitting area Focused on tables and decor items to play the hide and seek of the industrial style.
The bar area A bunch of farmhouse elements, to pretend that some cool old counters and shelves were on the place before you started to renovate it.
The kitchen area It’s all about stainless steel , the main material of the most professional kitchens.
There are 74 new items in total (32 on part 1, 18 on part 2, and 24 on part 3);
Most items are base game compatible;
The Booths, Host’s Station, Chef’s Station, and Waiter’s station need Dine Out GP to work;
There are a lot of decor slots to customize their appearance.All Wood, Metal, and Marble textures were custom made and all the meshes are modeled on my own.

according to my last patron-only poll, many of you wanted to see me create a "midcentury modern"-inspired set. so, here it is: meet UMA LIVING! my goal for this set was to try my hand at working with more complex silhouettes and textures - i had so much fun creating each item. you can learn more about the set below!
