"You're sorry?" AJ stared at the short demon standing in front of her. Lilith glanced down at the floor, anxiously rubbing her hands. After realizing Hoseok didn't really love her and was only using her as some stand in for her old friend, she realized an apology was in order. AJ wasn't buying it, though. "You stole my body. You stole my boyfriend. Drove us apart even further than I thought possible and you're 'Sorry'?"

Lilith spoke quietly, refusing to look up. "I didn't mean to, I was just-"

"Didn't mean to?" AJ took a step forward, getting upset. "How the hell could you accidentally ruin my life?"

"I just wanted someone to love me.."

"I loved you. As a friend. I stood up for you when everyone backed you into a corner! I'm the only reason Lucifer didn't kill you when you let me go!"

Lilith hugged herself as she felt tears leave her eyes "I know.. I know, I don't know how else to fix this. I'm so sorry.."

"You wanna know how you can fix this?" AJ leaned down, an inch from Liliths face forcing her to look her in the eyes. "Leave."

"B-but AJ-"

"Leave. Or I'll sick Luci on you."

Dear Nick,

I'm not entirely sure how to start this so I guess I'll start by saying: I'm sorry. I'm sorry I didn't tell you where I was going, or offer to bring you back with me. It happened so fast. I was only thinking about myself at the time. The only thing in my thoughts qas how badly I wanted to see my father again, see my mother alive; I never took into consideration that you wanted that as well.

It's so weird being a girlfriend to your past self. I never would've imagined you felt anything for me other than familiar love. Well, this Nick isn't really you- This time stuff is so weird... This Nick keeps bugging me about having a family together but I don't think you and I would make well behaved children. I think my parents would kill me if we made them grandparents anyway.

I'll be back soon, hopefully. I think I know where dad goes after mom dies. I also think I learned what happened to Aunty; It would be best if you don't know. Keep the fort clean for me, will ya?

He learned to avoid leaving his room due to the constant fights Sam tried to start and the general chaos of the house. He found his coping mechanism in computers; sitting in front of his all day with his headphones in to pretend the world didn't exist. His only real interaction was with his girlfriend, Jaeyeong. In the true timeline, Minhyuk passed away a few years after his mother. He was brought back when Melanie went back in time and while he doesn't remember dying, he treats this as his real timeline; not thinking much on the past.

AJ shook her head with a sigh as he rubbed the bloody knife off on his pants. "Do you have to make a mess everytime you come home?"

He smirked at his mother "Oh its fine. Just make Kyunah clean it up. Its her favorite thing." He glanced over to his aunt and the new person. He gave a wave to Ash and paused, seeing the new person. He tilted his head at her, still wearing his smirk. "Why hello there. You're new."

31 Days of Angst

Day 1: Grief

It started with some cramps. A few random painful aches in her lower back. Melanie put it off to sleeping wrong, or maybe not stretching properly before sparring with her father. It soon escalated to constantly feeling sick, her stomach feeling tighter and tighter as the weeks went by. Luckily, her sister lived dangerously and kept a few emergency test strips in her room.

The months went by so fast. The amount of attention and love she received from both Nicholas and her family was overwhelming, to say the least. Her mom and sisters helped her set up a room for the new baby. Names were picked out, parties were set, talk of future trips. Life was exciting.

But only for a few moments

Melanie awoke with severe pain in her stomach. Panicking, she rushed to the hospital. She sat in the cold room for what felt like ages. A million things running through her mind as she squeezed her lovers hand. Finally, the doctor came in and slowly told her the news. Melanie felt her heart break into million pieces. She stared at the floor as she attempted to understand how... and why..

Backstory: Melanie is the first child of AJ and Lucifer, the second oldest overall. After her mother died in her timeline, her father disappeared. She recruited the help of her uncle, Nicholas, to help her track him down and find him. When that was unsuccessful, she turned to her Grandfather, who insisted she simply return to a time where both of her parents were with her. When she returned, the other children from her extended family were shot back with her. She now spends her days learning about what happened before she was born and that her family is a little wild.
