Man, As Somebody Who Doesn't Have Epilepsy But Has A Mother Who Suffers From Epilepsy, This Is A Good
Man, as somebody who doesn't have Epilepsy but has a Mother who suffers from Epilepsy, this is a good reminder to use the 'flashing' tag instead of the 'epilepsy' tag when posting stuff with flashing lights. Wow I just learned something new today.
Please stop trigger tagging with #epilepsy tw/cw/warning/etc.
I need every single person to understand how horrible tumblr’s tagging system is
I go into the tag for epilepsy and its all flashing lights. We can’t use our own tag because people without epilepsy fill it up with improper warnings.
Use ‘flashing’ in place of ‘epilepsy’ in your tags. You aren’t warning people of epileptics, you’re warning us of flashing lights. Please please tag properly. Epileptics say this endlessly and constantly and it’s ignored. You are risking lives by doing this.
Here’s proof of what I mean:

THIS POST IS 100% OKAY TO REBLOG, I ENCOURAGE PEOPLE WITHOUT EPILEPSY TO ESPECIALLY DO SO!

Bisan survived the night, and is going to try and evacuate. (I assume to Rafah because during her tiktok live she was adamant about refusing to leave Gaza and Palestine, and even saying she's not afraid of death but afraid of dying for nothing.)

And she's calling for a week long global strike for a ceasefire. Last time she called for a strike, several pro Palestine but not on the ground pages shared more details about the planned ceasefire, and if that happens again I'll share that here. Otherwise expect no spending, no working (if applicable), no school, no travel. I believe travel is fine if you're going to a protest or if you can't NOT work but try to not spend money on gas.
Wael Al-Dahdouh arrived in Doha-Qatar earlier to receive medical treatment. I assume that when he's done receiving the medical aid, if he's allowed to, he'll return to Palestine and the Gaza Strip to continue his coverage.
No reports on martyrs and injuries from Nasser last night as of yet.

Parvey!
