As a person who wears hearing aids I really want to clear some mistakes that appears while writing deaf!clint :) (idk if that sentence makes any sense lol)

1. You can sleep with hearing aid, it's not that uncomfortable as you read in those fics. You can sleep comfortable because everything depends how your head is lying on a pillow. You can press your ear to the pillow and still sleep — but only if that weird noise doesn't bother you bc if it does, it can be uncomfortable. People (including me) don't sleep with them just because it is not Eco friendly. Like if you have hearing aid with batteries, you have to buy more of them bc usually batteries rest for a week when you turn off them at night and turn on at day. And if you have hearing aid that you have to charge — they last for only 21 hours and then you have to charge them. The best option is just charging hearing aid at night.

2. Technically there is no hearing aids for adults that have a fun color BUT if you have a small ear you can use the child one (well, you have to change the program and the child aid doesn't have that many options but it is a possibility). Also you can buy stickers for hearing aids to make them more unique :D

3. There is a lot of companies that makes hearing aids but the most popular are Phonak and Oticon. I have the Phonak one and I'm very happy with it.

4. They're fucking EXPENSIVE. In Poland one hearing aid is for like 6000 polish zloty (that's my mom's salary lol) but the goverment helps people with buying them so i didn't have pay 12000 polish zloty. I paid only like 2000 polish zloty for two? And my hearing aid ISN'T like the best quality — the best one is like for 12000 polish zloty for one hearing aid!!!!

5. There are two kinds of the part you out directly in your ear — one of them is totally build up and with the other one you can feel the wind in your ear (I have to admit that I almost cried when i felt the wind in my ears for the first time lol)

6. I've talked with other deaf people and we all agreed that when you are used to hearing aid, not wearing it can make you anxious. Like I wish I was joking but I'm not.

7. Fucking wind. Like when the day is very windy you don't hear anything bc of the wind.

8. If you are born deaf (just like me for example) there is a high possibility that for some people your voice will sound weird. Maybe bc your voice can be a little bit higher? Idk tbh.

9. Yes, we can meet ableism. There are people that think that they can be ableists bc they don't see the hearing aids.

I think that Nick Fury has that one agent he sends to the most insane missions and I do believe that this agent is Clint Barton. Like. This man just doesn't care — he had seen some unhinged things before and he just doesn't know what the word weird mean.

So imagine the Avengers drinking beer and talking when Clint goes "Hey guys do you remember that time I broke two ribs? Haha, yes, I fought dinosaur and its crazy therapist back then" and the Avengers just stare at him like he said the most insane shit they ever heard. Tony needs answers but doesn't ask too scared to unpack all of this. Thor doesn't give a shit and asks "Did you win?". Clint looks like Thor just offenfed his dog and tells him "Yeah? Of course I won" and then everything goes to hell. Sam, Tony and Steve are screaming, Natasha, Bruce and Bucky are dying from laughter and fighting for their lives and Thor... just looks confused as hell because why only Clint fought a dinosaur??

Nobody asks about the dinosaur's therapist. That's too much information. Why would dinosaur need a therapist? Clint doesn't know the answer, he just forgot to ask.

I wish we had more content with Clint and Thor as friends. Like they're this type of friends who would get married just because they were boring and they would totally FORGOT about it.

Imagine few years later when Winterhawk wedding and the chaos it would create. Like. Bucky would be throwing up from laughter and be fucking furious at the same time, Steve would want to kill Clint, Sam would be dying and fighting for his life, Nat wouldn't be suprised because she was the best woman on that fake ass wedding. Total chaos. Tony would started praying for patience at some point

Don’t imagine Seamus clutching at the scetchbook that Dean filled with drawings before he left and not being able to breathe. 

Don’t imagine the night terrors of Neville, and his nightmares including getting Crucio’d to madness just like his parents.

Don’t imagine Ginny slipping into the dorm to cry herself to sleep in Harry’s bed almost every night, and get up before sunrise, getting ready to fight one more day. For Harry. For Ron.

Just don’t.

A Headcanon for you all:

-Ok but a pansexual Ron who is confused about his sexuality because he remembers having feelings for Hermione, but now can’t stop thinking about Blaise and he’s just confused

- So he confronts Sirius because he sees how Sirius is so comfortable with Remus and Ron is just like, how did you know??

-So Sirius helps Ron like the good uncle he is (not biologically his uncle but you get it), and Ron figures out that he is Pansexual and is just relieved that he knows now

-An asexual Luna, who isn’t afraid to tell everyone what she is, and Ginny is there beside her and is so proud of her girlfriend who she loves so much

-Ginny and Harry, who thought they had to be the couple that everyone wanted them to be, but realize that they love each other like a brother and sister, and part as friends

-Draco, who is so self-conscious because he was raised to think that he had to marry a pureblood girl and shouldn’t be feeling this way over Potter of all people

-Harry who befriends Draco but is scared to come out to him because he thinks that Draco will stop being friends with him and he doesn’t want that because god Draco is the best thing that’s happened to him in so long

-Draco is so scared that if Harry finds out, he’ll end their friendship and will tell everyone his secret, even though he knows that would really never happen

-So Harry and Draco confront Hermione and Pansy (separately) about what to do and Hermione and Pansy just groan because ugh they are so in love and don’t even know it

-So they devise a plan to get their idiotic best friends together, and while planning they realize they have feelings for one another and are just like wow how did I not see this before

-Dean and Seamus who have loved each other since first year and secretly got married right before Dean went into hiding and after the war they are literally never seen apart and they just love each other so much it hurts

-Neville, who in 8th year has to kiss Theo during a game of truth or dare and doesn’t think it will affect him the way it does and it feels like he’s about to explode and he and Theo just keep kissing even after their friends tell them it’s ok to stop before leaving them to it and moving the game elsewhere

-Theo, who has never seen someone get so excited as Neville over plants, but loves his enthusiasm and helps him in the greenhouse and god how can someone just be so cute and lovable?

-Neville is insecure over his weight because he doesn’t think he’s beautiful, but Theo tells him that’s one of the things he loves him for, because he’s just so soft and warm and cuddly and oh my god

-Greg, who never got over Vincent’s death, but Draco, Pansy, Blaise and Theo help him to keep going and realize that Vincent would have wanted him to be happy and slowly heals

-Marcus, who doesn’t know how anyone could ever love him, and doesn’t know how he could love someone as much as he loves Oliver

-Oliver who helps Marcus realize his self-worth and that how does he not realize how amazing he is?? 

-just a big gay Hogwarts where everyone is gay and in love

W tle jest depresja Sama, Destiel i zmartwiony Gabriel.

Gdzie Seamus pracuje w warsztacie samochodowym Deana Winchestera razem z Magnusem Bane'm i podrywa klientów, do czasu, gdy poznaje Deana, świeżo upieczonego studenta malarstwa.

Will Treaty jest Avengersem, a Gilan jest sekretarzem samego Tony'ego Starka. Panowie poznają się, gdy wściekły Gilan rzuca obelgami na biednego Willa, bo ten zalał mu kawą dokumenty.
