Im Getting Better With Things Being Quiet.

I’m getting better with things being quiet.

Finding peace in stillness. In rest that is not sleep.

There is joy here, it’s not “nothing” or “empty” like I used to feel like it was.

I used to think that if I didn’t have plans that that was a bad thing… but now I’m content with it. I seek out plans when I want to, not because I feel like I should. Agree to the the things that come and say no when it’s not the right thing for me.

It’s nice. It’s enough.
