first impressions can be tricky—usually people would show up with their best self just to appear “normal” or “likable” when meeting for the first time and of course there are those who are such a ✨hot mess✨.

and the latter was how kita shinsuke met you.

kita was expecting a quiet morning delivery to onigiri miya, but it would seem his luck had other plans.

the rice farmer falls on his bottom and holds his cheek—feeling his skin swell under his palm.

being shocked would be an understatement.

osamu immediately panics and floods his ears with concerned questions—but the rice farmer was too busy looking at you.

( kita was stunned... was he stunned at the sudden attack—one that could almost rival aran’s spikes—or was it because of he strangely found you attractive in that moment? )

you glare at him, flexing your hand. “i hope you eat shit.”

it was a very... intense first impression.

“y/n!” another person joins the scene to pull you away from him. “what are you doing?!” they ramble on about receiving your ominous text on beating a guy up for them.

( oh. so that was your name—kita shinsuke finds himself grinning for a moment. )

“this was the guy who harassed you right?” you whisper loud enough to your companion for kita to hear and he chuckles at the predicament you all were in.

your friend groans and shakes you. “no! that was a different guy!”

“you said he was a handsome regular here with short white hair and black tips!”

( he feels his face heat up and it’s not because of his swollen cheek—you thought he was handsome? )

“his hair was blonde!” your friend panics. “it’s not him! oh my god you’re going to jail.”

you take a glance at the photo your friend shows you and another glance at kita—immediately, you cover your palm over your mouth.

ooh... you fucked up...

your friend apologizes to osamu for the commotion you caused while you were here begging for your life to this stranger you hit earlier. ( it was a good thing the restaurant was empty. )

“you have every right to be mad.” your face grows warm and humiliation drowns your entire being. “i don’t even know what to even say right now. you could even sue me and i’d understand—“

kita laughs and presses the ice pack osamu handed over to his cheek—the whole event was just too laughable, he just can’t find it in himself to be angry. shocked? yes—but not angry at all. “it’s fine. it’s nothing ice can’t fix.”

“aren’t you going to call for a lawyer? i literally could be charged for assault.”

“i’ll be just wasting money and time. you’re sorry aren’t you?” he huffs—surprisingly fondly—when you violently nod. “that’s enough compensation.”

( and on top of that, kita has other things to worry about other than a lively stranger slapping his face out of the blue. )

“no please. there has to be something i can do to make it up to...” you pause and a nervous laugh leaves you. “i don’t even know your name.”

“kita shinsuke.”

“y/l/n y/n.”

for a moment, kita imagines bringing you to meet his grandmother and sharing how hilariously you two met at onigiri miya and granny yumie would laugh at how comical it would have been and how she wished to see the look on her grandson’s face—and the thought didn’t seem too bad.

he rubs the ice pack to soothe his cheek more. “would you mind having lunch with me then?”

osamu drops the rice sack in his arms—surprise written all over his face—was he really witnessing his former captain (one who valued his work over romance) asking someone out? and a smile on his face despite being attacked? how out of character.

( maybe you hurt more than his cheek—maybe you caused his supplier actual brain damage. )

“how would that make things better?” you raise a brow.

kita shrugs. “some part of me wants to get to know more about the stranger who decided to avenge their friend so early in the day.” he adds on that there’s no problem in rejecting his offer.

but you accept the invite nonetheless and he can already feel his world completely turning upside down.

So there's this theory I saw, Neteyam died right. so there's this theory that he's actually going to be reincarnated as Tonowari and Ronal's child. Ronal is pregnant so what if he's going to be reincarnated as their child? If you search to Avatar 3 cast members you can find Neteyam's name. Why would his name be there when we know that he's dead? There's a small chance that he might be reincarnated but idk it's just a theory.

♡ atsumu. immediately pouts and pecks you all over your face, tasting like mint and musk. even volunteers to pull funny faces to make you laugh, tears still wet on your cheeks. gives you a big smile and an even bigger hug when you stop crying, then he's whispering something suggestive in your ear and he feels his heart bloom at the way you burst out laughing incredulously, with the prettiest smile on your lips.

♡ iwaizumi. rubs your back in slow, soothing circles, just the way you like it, as you snuggle into him and sob into his chest. but you don't miss the way his fists shake or the way his voice sounds when he asks, "who made you cry?" you do, however, miss the way he looks down at you, as if you hold his entire universe. you definitely do miss the fact that your best friend iwaizumi hajime has been in love with you for as long as he can remember.

♡ akaashi. a hint of a frown flickers on his face as he wipes your tears away gently, furrowing his brows. he quickly pulls you against him, caging you in his arms, ignoring the stares of his teammates at his uncharacteristic public display of affection. after a while of patting your back softly, you calm down, and akaashi gives you a small smile as he reminds you, "everything will be okay."

♡ kageyama. makes clueless, incoherent noises as he fumbles around, feeling a tug at his heart strings as you hugged your pillow closer to your torso, crying into it. then suddenly, he's wrapping his long, larger fingers around your smaller ones, raising both your hands to his lips to give your knuckles a soft kiss. he just sits there quietly, lips ghosting the back of your hand while he waits for you to calm down. then he's back to a stuttering mess as he scratches his head, offering, "i-ice cream?"

♡ kuroo. slithers his arm around your shoulder and pulls you closer to him as tears trickle down your cheeks. presses tender kisses to the top of your head and grazes his thumb softly across shoulder as you lean into the crook of his neck, letting tears spill out of your eyes incessantly. when you finally stop, kuroo tickles your sides, and you're giggling at the way he wiggles his brows obnoxiously again.

You've got a free day off from your boss because this morning your boss's wife's water broke and she had to run to the labor. Your boss mentioned to everyone in the office that he doesn't want to miss a second when his wife is in a labor.

The whole day you've been scrolling on Tiktok and come across a video of a wife asking her husband what if she doesn't want to have kids, their husband's reaction was adorable saying that it's alright and that they can just adopt it they want.

Watching that video makes you wonder, you two never discuss it after you get married. It's been 2 years since your wedding day and yet you two never mentioned starting a family even though your parents asked countless times when are you two going to have kids, they're begging for grandkids heck even your grandmother would rub your stomach and mutter something under her breath but you two just laughed it off.

The second Tetsurou steps a foot in your shared house, he would do his normal routine every day, he would kiss your forehead, nose, and finally lips, a longing kiss that would last longer.

After dinner you decided to ask him. "Baby?"

"Yeah?" He asks with a bag of chips in his hands.

"What would you do if I decide not to have kids anymore?"

"Impossible" He says while chewing.

"What! Why?" You ask him with a small frown, curious why he said that.

"You have to have kids." He respond.

"Why?"

"How else am I gonna try THE MILK." He told you with beaming eyes and munching the chips. You're so confused by what he meant.

"The milk!?"

"yeah, the milk."

"What do you mean by the milk??"

He holds his finger up saying wait till he finished the chips in his mouth before opening his mouth again, "Listen every guy is curious, you can ask any guy on the planet. They are curious about what it tastes like ok?"

"what!" you laugh.

"And you're not gonna let me taste some random lady's milk! So I need you to have my child so I can try the milk" he added, starting to your eyes, determined.

"So the only reason you want me to have a kid is so that you can try my milk?" you question him with your eyes narrowed a bit. He shakes his head.

"No honey listen, that's not the only reason ok? I wanna raise a child and do that extra stuff and whatever but the main reason is that okay listen" he throw the empty bag away and stood up

"There's a reason why babies cry all the time when they don't have it. It gotta be something magical or something, it's gotta taste amazing for them to just cry all the time when they don't have it. So I wanna try it." he said with a nonchalant tone.

You had another idea for him about you deciding something else, "What if I decide to formula feed instead?" You asked.

He shakes his head "Oh no no, we're not doing formula feed, it's up to you if you want to have kids or not but if we do have a child we're not doing formula." He responded.

You let out a baffled sound at his reaction, "How else am I gonna try THE MILK?" You toppled over at his last comment.
