This Reminds Me Of My High School Friend Who Lived In A Pink House In The Center Of Town. (When His Father

This reminds me of my high school friend who lived in a pink house in the center of town.  (When his father was still around) His father would go in the the town field next to their house really early in the morning (which people did not appreciate) and practice the bagpipes and people remembered this years after he left.  I have lost count of how many times I heard my friend have the following conversation when telling people where he lived.

Someone: Oh the pink house!

My Friend: ... Yeah

Someone: There used to be a guy there that played the bagpipes really early in the morning.

My Friend: (reluctantly) That was my dad.
