#thisIsMe I just arrived at 40. Arriving at 40 years old and looking back I see that I’m a mix of years of education, relationships, friends, acquaintances and all this and them gave me something to add to myself, to transform into who I am today. Many people know me because of yoga but I learned so much through my life. I’ve studied Geology, biology, music. I worked in cinema, television, sales, Gyms, supermarket, high tech sales. And all this made me who I am. People that haven’t seen me in few a years, are hard pressed to KNOW me. I’m different, I have different dreams and goals now. But one thing I know. I’m closer of what I want to become.

Nataraj: The Dancing Shiva, a symbol of the cosmic cycles of creation and destruction, birth and death. Nataraja or Nataraj, the dancing form of Lord Shiva, is a symbolic synthesis of the most important aspects of Hinduism, and the summary of the central tenets of this Vedic religion. Fritzof Capra in his article "The Dance of Shiva: The Hindu View of Matter in the Light of Modern Physics," relates Nataraj's dance with modern physics. He says that "every subatomic particle not only performs an energy dance, but also is an energy dance; a pulsating process of creation and destruction without end… For the modern physicists, then, Shiva's dance is the dance of subatomic matter. As in Hindu mythology, it is a continual dance of creation and destruction involving the whole cosmos; the basis of all existence and of all natural phenomena." “Love is not based on sex. Love is based on respect, trust and honesty”. This is so important to me in this moment. This is me with a friend in front of my boyfriend who is taking pictures. To make this is photos possible we all know that we respect each other and this is an art that we love. Touching other man’s body was like touching a brother. And my friend respect us as a couple, as friends. In the world that almost everybody think that isn’t possible to have friends without benefits, this photo goes against all this prejudice. #acrosage. This kind of acroyoga mixes yoga, acrobatics and massage. It’s amazing the benefits of a practice like this. Of course that the Flyer( person above) receives a better treatment than the base but in some cases the Base receives a massage too. If you never tried before, my advice is to try someday. With clothes on or without them. 🙏🏻
