Archer Pose or Akarna Dhanurasana. Practicing asanas is discovering a meditative path to realize who you really are inside and out. This self-realization is the yoga goal. Patanjali's Yoga Sutra says that when the practitioner has a tranquil mind, he "abides in his own true nature" (I.3) but to do yoga poses are involved some strength and action.
