Alright pals this is my favorite way to conceal on the floor, obviously when you do it in a store you are gonna be more sneaky. I just made it as obvious as possible so y’all can see exactly what I’m doing. Also use something appropriate to the season, if it’s summer use a very light weight cardigan instead of a heavy scarf, but y’all already knew that🙌‼️💖😈

Lifter Alert: You Are Being Tracked

I just read some articles on some new technology some stores are using to track people in their store and across entire malls. I could get into technicalities, but the baseline of it is that stores are using your phone’s wifi pings to get information about your searches, personal info, and most alarmingly, an address specific to your phone. This system is not only able to accurately track where you are in the store live, but is also able to tell if you’ve visted the store before, how often, how long ago, and which areas you’ve visited most often.

This system of tracking is not only an exposure of privacy for shoppers, but also dangerous for lifters. The solution most people reccommend in response is to completely disable wifi, though I would personally take it safe and just turn on airplane mode while I lift. The idea of being so precisely tracked is scary, and luckily only a few stores, mostly high end like Marks and Spencers, but also casual places like Topshop have this tracking system so far.

Shoplifting is supposed to drive you crazy with guilt. That’s what our society teaches us. The reality is that - so long as you need but cannot afford the item - you are being cheated. Having to pay huge fees for necessities such as food is ludicrous. The price tag on that item is marked up at least 80% over the cost of production. Face it: the departments stores are not here for you. So if you need tampons, food, clothing or anything you think is an essential, you should never feel guilty for taking advantage of the five-finger discount.

PSA about lifting pets

It is actually possible to lift a puppy. This is gonna sound insane. My aunt pulled this off at petco once during one of their big adoption events. I can’t believe I forgot to tell you guys this story. Holy crap.

There was a kennel crate filled with like 5 different newfoundland puppies and the store was PACKED with people. My aunt fell in love with one of the newfies that the SA let her take out. The SA was alone too. Her coworker decided to be a dick and go on her lunch during the busiest fucking hour.

Anyway. My aunt knew this poor guys were probably from a puppy mill or some shit. Or just breedjects (rejected stock from breeders) . So I shit you not. She just picked up the newfie and walked out with him when the SA was distracted. She grabbed one of the fliers off of a near table to make it look like she was holding adoption papers so other customers wouldn’t be suspicious. No one thought anything of it. Just a chick with a dog at petco.

She fucking stole a collar and toys for him too. Fucking most extreme shit I’ve ever heard.

This happened about 1.5 years ago and my aunt never went back to that petco ever again. But she still has the dog. His name is Kronk Kronk is the biggest fucking dork. He’s scared of ladybugs, guys. LADYBUGS.
