It is physically impossible to hang onto the wing of plane as it flies. The speed would fling the stowaway off immediately, as on average, commercial planes usually fly at about 575-600 mph (925-965 km/h)
On average, they fly about 31,000 to 42,000 ft in the air
The higher the plane goes, the less oxygen. At about 20,000 ft, the stowaway will have somewhere around and 5-12 minutes of consciousness. At 30,000 ft, that decreases to only 1-3 minutes.
That being said, of course there's always the chance of dying from hypoxia because the person hanging onto the wing of the plane is in an atmosphere lacking sufficient oxygen.
So, let's entertain the idea that Chris is just flying way lower and way slower than what he's supposed to fly at, which is the most logical answer. If a plane goes too slow, it can stall, which means that the wings are no longer generating enough lift to keep the plane in the air. This can lead to a crash. If Chris was flying slow enough for Ezekiel to be able to hold on, the plane would've immediately crashed. As for if he was flying low enough, every shot that shows the exterior of the plane in the sky shows the plane in the clouds (I skimmed through all the episodes to confirm this), therefore that would pretty much be out of the question.
My conclusion? Ezekiel is quite literally the strongest character on the show + he doesn't need sufficient oxygen to have full, useful consciousness, and I think he should be treated as such.
Or it could just be cartoon logic.
But I like my conclusion better.

i think the absolute best part of tdi fanfics are when people write out plot lines they don’t like by saying it was scripted. yes. it makes me so happy bc it makes so much sense. courtney duncan gwen love triangle? staged. all for the cameras. chris not caring about the kids? all for show. he’s still an ass ofc but he’s not evil. it’s so. i just love when people write tdi as the reality tv show it’s supposed to be!!!!!!!!
Lindsay and Beth would force Ezekiel to play Roblox with them and he'd just go along with it. Beth lets him use her old ipad that she doesn't use anymore, and he is absolutely amazed. He goes home complaining to his parents and begging them in every way he can think of to let him have an ipad. Beth and Lindsay go back home after unknowing creating an ipad kid who's now having withdrawals at home.
I genuinely love rarepairs. put the characters in a wheel choosey thingy and then make whatever two it chooses kiss. fucking fantastic.
I've been putting off watching the 2023 tdi reboot just because I'm lazy, but i just got the urge to binge it and now I'm sad because I wanted to be lazy and not watch it but not anymore I guess

He literally said one thing that he didn't even mean (as his dad was the one who told him it) and y'all paint him as some bigoted asshole, when really he's just a secluded teenage boy that knows nothing more than what his dad tells him.
Basing it on his interactions with Beth and Lindsay (and his interactions with Anne Maria when he's feral) he's genuinely really sweet, his father was just feeding him the wrong views.
Ezekiel would 100% be against Andrew Tate's views if he was introduced to social media and the real world, don't pretend that I'm wrong.
I hate whoever decided to make Ezekiel the punching bag of the show. Little man had so much potential and then they threw it out the window and turned him into a scraggly little green thing
