For anyone wondering about the balloons and banner and such, those are just reskins I made of some existing items. I found this one fantastic tutorial on learning how to use and make SFM reskins, and holy hell is it useful! :D It really does open up a whole new realm of possibilities in SFM for those who are willing to make use of it.
