Pairing(s): Ekko! x Fem! reader

Summary: A ringing sound flooding his ears, bright white lights passing fast, muffled voices, a hospital room, and a girl is he could remember before falling asleep.

Author's note: ...:) I know 2 of my mutuals hate me right now BUT I MAKING IT UP OK. I don't know how long this series will be but I'm expecting it to be short. If you know what the title means BE QUITE I couldn't think of anything else. But uh...

Blurry bright lights were all he could see. He doesn't remember exactly what happened, but what he does remember is he went to stop a shimmer exchange his team went to go make sure there wasn't anyone else on the ship that could stop then before you know it there was an explosion. He was too close. He hit a wall and blacked out hitting his head, giving him a concussion, a broken shoulder, and some serious pain near his ribs.

Muffled voices yelling something about a punctured rib and surgery. That was all he could hear before blacking out again.

Waking up with a huge headache he feels something wrapped around his torso. Lifting his hospital gown he saw a bloody bandage. Moving to touch his bandage a voice stops him " I wouldn't do that unless you wanna be in pain for the next hour". Looking over he saw a girl sitting on a bed on the other side of the shared hospital room. Her skin looked dewy and soft. She had heterochromatic eyes, one green, and one grey. Long and thick eyelashes. She had a dimple on her right cheek but not her left.

"Hello ?" She broke him from his trance. How long has been staring at her? "You ok?" she asked confused. Shaking his head he wondered how he didn't notice her before. "Don't speak much do you?" She asked trying to light up the mood. " Anyway, what's your name? I mean since we are sharing a room we gotta get to know each other. " She stated fixing her posture to sit up straight. "Ekko, yours?" " Y/n nice to meet you." She stated with a smile on her face and a hand stuck out. Awkwardly taking the hand in his he shook it.

" Well, it's getting late so we should probably get to bed but it was nice meeting you." Y/N stated sliding the curtain separating her and Ekko. Back in silence and feeling a little lonely now. "It was nice meeting you too" He whispered under his breath. Now closing his eyes to go to sleep to the beeping of the monitors in the room.

A/n: First chapter done and out of the way. SO HOW WE FEELING? I am very proud of myself and i have finished one of my MANY DRAFTS. And this is one i started the same day I published. But be ready for the roller coster of emotions your about to experince. :)
