Stephen Hawking's Beautiful Message For Anyone With Depression -
Stephen Hawking has one of the greatest minds of our time, and has a wonderful message to share for anyone with depression or other disabilities...

“Remember to look up at the stars and not down at your feet. Never give up work. Work gives you meaning and purpose and life is empty without it. If you are lucky enough to find love, remember it is there and don’t throw it away.” -- Stephen Hawking

A simple, smiling “Hello” can improve someone’s day for at least the next three minutes. In that three minutes they could have enough positive feelings that they smile a “Hello” at someone else.  Now, the first person’s positivity has been reinforced for at least another 10 minutes. Can you imagine how much better their whole day could be now that you’ve set the “Hello” ball rolling? :-) -- MamaLibra
