If you want more kindness and more compassion, then work on giving it in your own life, even when you are not receiving it.

Instead of looking for ways you imagine that you are being slighted, keep your eyes focused on being part of the better-world solution, and slowly, in your corner of it, you will start to see and feel change. ♥️
