As a child I didn't have the vocabulary to adequately describe what I thought I saw whenever I would look at the Chick-fil-A logo. But now I do: the profile of a guy with a large chin, cartoon nose, and a very pompadoured Mohawk.

CFA, I love your healthy and not-so healthy food as well as your excellent staff, but punk (if you could call it that with that big poof) is not a good look for you. What is a good look for you? Hunky muscular men. The cows are with me on this. Beefy men are much better than beef.

P.S. It might be best that you don't hire handsome guys with well-developed muscles. Do you know the mess that would be made if a sexy, muscular guy brought your warm, soft chocolate-chip cookies to my table and asked "Is there anything else I can do for you?" Chocolate would be everywhere!

P.P.S. Disregard the above note and hire some handsome muscle men anyway. I'll clean up the mess myself. Also, the cows say "Moo."

"Weight Loss" Motivation: Becoming light enough that my piggyback-rides don't break my (sadly still hypothetical) SO's back....or, you know, simply crush him to death. =|

Tomorrow's lunch will likely be mixed fruit and grilled chicken nuggets, which hopefully won't be completely neutralized by a massive chocolate bar later.

"Get Through the Day" Motivation: No matter how bad work today was, there is an Awww section at reddit and you're THAT much closer to the weekend. =D

"...imagine ALL of them in the same room with you RIGHT NOW." Well, it's a good thing I'm dressed then. I love y'all and we have common interests, but that would be quite awkward.

Think of the number of followers you have. It doesn't matter if you have 10 or 1000, imagine ALL of them in the same room with you RIGHT NOW. That's a lot of people who have common interests and common obsessions. That room full of people is a room full of potential friends. You are NEVER alone. REBLOG IF YOU LOVE ALL OF YOUR FOLLOWERS.

Me: *Walks into computer store*

My cynical side: "Okay, you've got your war paint on and your game face on! Those salesmen will say anything to make a sale. Be on your guard, self. This is simply a recon mission. I repeat: simply a recon mission!"

Salesman: "Hello, how can I help you today?"

Me: "I'm interesting in a new computer. What do you have to offer?"

Salesman: "Ta-dah!" *shows off floor model*

Me: "Eh...I'd need something more. I like gaming."

My cynical side: "That's it! Play hardball. Don't show hesitation! Don't show weakness!"

Salesman: "Well, there's this model here." *shows off snazzy advanced model with bells and whistles*

Me (internally): "That graphics card is probably fairly recent and reasonably powerful, but I can't know for certain without checking it out online. I wonder if it's compatible with TS2...it would be nice if the TS4 specs were available...." Me (out loud): "These specs do look good..."

My cynical side: "What are you doing?! You said that out loud! Watch it! In coming Salesman-speak at three 'o clock!"

Salesman: "Yeah, that other model's graphics card is kind of like the white chocolate cake of that particular Nvidia line. This model usually comes with the 'Nvidia XYZ 12345' card which is more like the chocolate cream pie of its line, but we can easily upgrade it to the 'Nvidia ABC 9876' card which is more in the range of chocolate silk pie and Oreo cheesecake." My cynical side: "Whaaaaaa? You can't quantify that at all! How do you even properly evaluate....?!"

Me: "That sounds good. Reeeeeeal gooood."

My cynical side: "Abort! Abort! Run! GET TO DA CHOPPER!"

Me: "Um, can I have a copy of this handout? Okay, thanks, bye!"

Salesman: "Sure. Come again!"

Me: *flees the computer store*

Last night, I dreamed about a cake that resembled the ice cream bars that the cafeteria in my elementary school served almost twenty-something years ago. They came in either chocolate or strawberry. I liked the chocolate bars better, but for some reason the cake in my dream resembled the strawberry ice cream bars. The entire dream was just ogling this cake for just a few moments. It was like a commercial.

My priorities in life are in the proper order. I swear.
