My Four Seasons!Jungkook is coming together. I’m legit only on his summer chapter where it begins, but imma hand out a snippet for you. He’s beautiful and bare and so damn shy for most of this fic and it’s a ‘fixing my pool guy’ turned ‘let’s fuck on this surface’ kind of series. 

Prepare for the Jungstutter too.

TEASER: “Er, Y/N, sorry.” Lucky comes in many forms, but here - him - that’s the creme de la creme. “Didn’t mean to interrupt.” 

What Jungkook means is, you’re down to your g-string bikini and lounging all too comfy for the eyes to stay fixed elsewhere. You’re an awful client, but, because he’s your neighbour, the lines between being professional and being instinctive seem to blur. 

“No, you’re good. Old English literature gets boring after about 2 and half pages so, go ahead.” 

You’re standing to alleviate the sweat threatening to stain your lounger, and you meet Jungkook at the door. He’s got an itch at the back of his neck that makes him look nervous. Either that, or he’s finding something to do to keep the attention away from where you’re bare. 

“So, basically, the sealant that’s been used has deteriorated the part of piping under the leak, and now you’ve got two deep cracks in your paving.” There’s something attractive about a man knowledgeable for plumbing. Maybe it’s the way he stands shirtless, you can’t be sure. “You’re gonna need some stuff to realign the pipes and replacement parts. The re-paving’s a job too and you’re gonna need a new filter from the way that one clogged up.” He surveillance the scene behind him where his bag of assorted tools lays dormant and the hole in your floor gapes, assuring he hasn’t forgotten anything. You wouldn’t know if he had, anyways. It’s why you called on his expertise - that, among other things. 

“Good, great, that’s great.” You’re not sarcastic just trying to consume plumbers talk as though you understand it. “My call will probably be wasted on a professional, you think you could do it for me?” he’s got a firm grip of eye contact now that you’re suggesting more than a mere inspection. This means contact hours beyond where he stares from his bedroom window. “I’ll pay, of course. Just note down what I need to buy.”

Jungkook looks young when he stares at you like that, “I don’t- I’ll probably fuck it up. I do DIY jobs, and to be honest, I’m not that great at them. Dad’s shed looks amateur, you probably think it’s an eyesore,” he apprehends. You let him waffle for the sake of him being cute - shuffling in his slides, with a sculpted waistline and swimmers body. He’s a walking, talking juxtaposition, so paint you intrigued enough to persist. 

“Honestly, the guy that was my consultant asked to see me outside of working hours.” his expression plagues over at this until you set the record straight, “He was married with four kids, sooo I’m kind of drawing on a blank here. And the shed functions, right?” he’s tentative in his nod, but a nod all the same, “Good. That’s all I want from my pool. You’ll get paid for your time, not for your expertise.” Lack of, you mean to say, but he already looks intimidated by you. 

Jungkook’s got the kind of demeanour you’re sure many take advantage of. He’s handsome and built like a brick, so is a natural attraction. And then there’s the way he blushes when asked a question - like he wasn’t expecting to have to answer. He studies the floor more than your face and is adamant on keeping that Back to the Future poster on the far wall of his bedroom, because he’s definitely that kind of sentimental. 

An enigma you’re dying to unpack. 

“Y- yeh. I mean- I can give it a go.” 

It’s not a trap, but he’s walked right into your intrigue.

In light of recent events that have occurred throughout the U.S., us admins at ficswithluv who created this blog to spread love between content creators wanted to use that same power and spread our love by supporting Black Lives Matter Movement. We stand in solidarity with all of those affected by police brutality and ingrained racism not just in America but worldwide. 

ChangesWithLuv is a project where content creators have teamed up and offered their services in writing fics, designing banners, drawing fanart, and many other types of art. Similar to commissions, we ask that you donate to one of the charities or NGOs we support and apply here. The list of products and prices are under the read more, as well as the links to donate.

Once you send in your request, we’ll put it on a server of all the content creators taking part, so that it can be picked up and made by one of them. Their work will be tagged with #changeswithluv, so keep an eye out!

We understand that not everybody is in a financial position to donate, which is why the admins collectively have donated $100 ourselves. On a first come, first served basis, you can submit a request for up to $5 of content (again, list below) using the admin relief fund. This is only for people who really can not afford to donate themselves, please be kind and. honest. It will support 20 people each commissioning something worth $5.

Additionally, we ask that if you’re unable to donate, that you take advantage of some of the resources we have below that you can use for free that support the movement. 

We will be doing this for the month of June at least, and we ask for your support in this together with us.
