Storytime with Macaque! And an inadvertent Monkey King who receives the next shock of the day XD

Based on some of the answers I gave from the MK Dad AU

MK dad au ask here. how did everyone react to the little girl boaboa being born? Like were they expecting another boy because of the four older boys?

BaoBao's birth was a complicated and bittersweet event.

Babies were no longer a surprise to anyone at this point, and if it had been up to MK, BaoBao wouldn't have been the last, hahaha…

Although the boys were surprised to welcome another baby into the family, except for Dishi and DingBang, MK was delighted to welcome his first baby girl.

The rest, like Red Son and Mei, were used to it. So the only thing that surprised them was that the next baby would be a girl, since until now, MK had only had boys.

But other than that, no one overreacted to the big news.

I could say that the only one who had anything to say about the baby was the mother.

I'm going to skip out a few things about her and MK's romantic relationship because I still haven't established what it was like, but at this point, she was no longer happy with the life she was leading.

To be clearer, she was feeling stuck.

So when BaoBao came into the world, she just decided to drop everything and go.

And no one took it well.

Late Occurrence

A few days ago @melancholialapelada7 and I had a fun little chat thanks to an idea of mine and we thought it would be perfect in a situation where Macaque and Wukong share a room for one night.

This would be the situation:

Both are in a bunk and carry suitcases, Wukong chooses to sleep on the top bunk and Macaque falls asleep on the bottom without saying anything.

They turn off the light.

So Wukong apologizes, turns on the light, looks for something in his suitcase, finds it, sits on Macaque's bed, and says:

"I need to cut a nail."

"¿What?" Reply Macaque covered up to the chin.

Wukong lowers his head and begins to cut his nail.

Macaque gets up while he says:

"¡¿Are you serious?!"

Wukong laughs and answers him:

"Sorry."

 Maybe i will draw it XD

Silly Thing

Here comes a random idea (>w<)

Wukong and Macaque were best friends.

But…

Wukong: I killed my best friend.

Macaque speaking from the underworld: You are banned from the friendship zone.

Is MK aware Hao has an interest in magic and runes and has been learning them from Redson?

Of course. MK lives with the children in a small apartment, and it is almost impossible that he has not noticed Hao's interest in magic. Besides seeing the evidence of his magical experiments scattered on the floor of the living room or his room.

He even once witnessed him trying to make a potion in one of the pots in the small kitchen. That was a fun event XD

MK also knows that part of Hao's interest comes from himself; as the successor of the Monkey King, it is impossible for any of the children not to show some interest in his magical side.

As for learning to make runes...

When MK found out that Hao had learned to make runes thanks to Red Son, due to the boy using the same scheme, he asked Red Son to please stop doing it. But he ended up finding out from Red Son that he had never taught him anything.

Hao is generally a quiet boy and few words. He looks shy and somewhat withdrawn, but in reality, he is quite curious and very observant.

So the fact that he had learned about the runes and made them work on his own was a feat in itself.

Considering that Hao, like his brothers, has no magic of his own.

In the words of Red Son and Macaque, it's interesting how a boy his age (10) has managed to summon portals or create rune schematics just by looking.

And while MK felt somewhat proud, sometimes he couldn't help but worry a little.
