Hnnng this took forever and a half... I know nothing about the leagues and legends but this outfit inspired me, as well as an urge to do glowy stuff.

My Dark is certainly easier to get along with than my Meta. He would delight in having someone actually interested in his skincare routine! Though he would have to remind himself to recommend products that a college student can afford vs what a literal king can afford. He’d also be happy to give sibling advice, though considering how antagonistic Shadow and Dark can get at times Meta may want to take it with a grain of salt.

And my Meta meeting your Nightmare would be an absolute train wreck. He knows his father is still jumping at the bit to control him again, and he would never trust him. He’d go so far as to attempt to place himself between your Meta and Nightmare, convinced that it’s all a ploy. It would be a mess.

I feel like your Meta may be able to get along with mine in the interest of gaining some of his knowledge. It would take some getting used to my Meta’s arrogance but mine genuinely does like to talk about his interests! In fact he will gladly talk someone’s ears off if allowed to. Just be prepared for a healthy dose of condescension since he can’t help himself.

Your Meta interacting with mine would be an incredible disaster to witness. I actually have a request that I need to finish of my Dark meeting yours though, and I think those two would get along famously. Possibly to the detriment of those around them.

I feel like this would be one of those typical ‘we start fighting and then come together for the greater good’ crossovers, and the two Darks showing up would be That Thing™. Because neither Meta wants two Darks. And like, I can’t believe someone requested that, but it sounds like so much fun! 

You know, though. It’s interesting to think about. I’m actually wondering if my Meta Knight wouldn’t get along better with your Dark than your Meta Knight because I feel like they actually have more in common. Sure, all the sex jokes would annoy my Meta quickly, but he’s lived in close quarters with two other men, so Dark’s exhibitionism and casually opened robes wouldn’t bother him as much. Meta’s also ridiculously vain. So he’d probably be genuinely interested in Dark’s moisturizer and daily beauty regime because, like, Meta’s had a hard year; he’s probably going to have wrinkles before he’s twenty-five if he doesn’t do something, and Dark looks pretty great to be thousands of years old! And because it’s not his Dark, who he has to deal with on a semi-frequent basis, Meta wouldn’t find it quite as much of a blow to his pride to ask for advice on how older siblings are supposed to act. Plus, they could bond over their shared distaste(?) of your Meta. Like, I’m sure it would get old fast, but for just a little while? I think he’d get along all right with your Dark.

But I get the feeling my Meta would be slow on the up-take? He’s never met an alternate of himself besides Dark…who likes to show up, play tricks on him, guilt-trip him into things, and generally, make him annoyed. So I’m 99.9% sure he’d initially assume your Meta was Dark playing an elaborate trick on him? Like, ‘why did you give me elf ears and make me six inches shorter? Weirdo. Oh, yeah? You’re “Meta Knight.” Sure. Don’t you have a kingdom to rule?’ And once mine figured it out, he’d be both horrified and kind of jealous of how much more your Meta knows than him. And yeah, your Meta also beat him in a fight (because he got lucky, obviously) and sure, your Meta is very organized and neat while staying in the dorms…but no amount of swordsmanship or cleanliness can make up for your Meta’s bad taste in coffee mugs and general obsession with hiding his face. But the really interesting part would be when your Meta met my post-possession, trying really hard on his redemption, Nightmare.

Do you take asks about writing advice? Idk if im on the right blog for it and u can feel free to ignore this ask but essentially im like,,, in Very Deep in this kirb fic im writing and im very shy but also having a crisis over one thing and i desperately need a second opinion lol
