After the public trial at the scene of the assault in the favela, Gaon and Jin-joo got into Yohan's car, just as they had done on the road. "I was just worried about Elijah. ...... Please, Yohan." Gaon weakly grabbed Yohan's hand, but it was not meant to be a restraint.

" You always want to find an excuse. You were looking at me the whole time in the car, weren't you? "

"I didn't...!" Gaon blushed as Yohan pointed out the obvious.

On the way to the favela, Gaon unintentionally got into the passenger seat, which was his assigned seat, out of habit. Hello! This is SHINee Key. As the summer is coming near, I’m back with a topic that many people would be curious and interested about. It is diet! I will share a diet menu that you can lose weight while eating deliciously without working too hard for those people who are trying to lose weight in a short period of time with a too difficult method.

First of all, the most important thing is to stay away from carbohydrates! But that doesn’t mean stop eating carbohydrates completely as that’ll mean our body would be lacking a source of energy. So you would need to maintain a minimum intake of carbohydrates. Secondly, you need to stay away from sugar. This…is something you would know without any explanation right? It is okay to have salt or pepper.

Basically, the things you need to keep for every meal is very simple. You can eat your three meals having protein (meat, fish, etc) 100~150g + a handful of vegetables + little bit of fruit + little bit of nuts. Depending on the circumstance, you can eat fruit or nuts separately or with your salad. Then, shall we try making it?

First, pick the necessary ingredients from Emart Mall App that I use frequently.

After selecting the time of delivery?

Tada! They are delivered at your door right on time. The things I chose are chicken, sprout vegetables, egg & potato salad and a salad pack!

First prepare the chicken. 100~150g is just about right.

Let’s season with basil, salt and turmeric

After rubbing it like the left picture so that seasoning and flavour can be thoroughly soaked in, it will turn like the picture on the right.

The next step is?

Wash all sorts of vegetables and place a handful on your plate.

Then shall we add some apples too?

Just a little less than half would be enough.

Place the vegetables on top of your apples and put the potato salad that we ordered on top,

and after adding sprout vegetables the preparation is almost done!

Now, let’s go back to our chicken!

Cook the chicken that has been well seasoned on a pan.

You can cook until they’re golden brown.

I usually just eat like this without adding in any dressing

but for people who dislike the taste of vegetables so much

it’s okay to put some balsamic crema!

It’s too sad to say goodbye already so I will share my ‘yoghurt smoothie recipe’ that I enjoy during mornings.

To eat avocados deliciously, you must eat them when they’re fully ripe. The left one is unripe and the right one is ripen. They’ll be ripen just by leaving them at room temperature for one or two days, so eat fully ripe avocados only!

Then shall we start with the avocados?

After halving it,

Chop the seed with your knife.

Be careful with your hands~

Then turn your knife around and take the seed out.

Put your well-peeled avocados into the mixer

then put 3~4 big table spoons of Greek yoghurt.

Add 3~4 big ice cubes to here

and one spoon of honey!

After mixing all the ingredients?

Yumyumyum It looks delicious!!!!
