Bitter giggle is probably my favorite character outside of banban and nabnab and that might be because of my love for jester characters. Here’s a comparison of Saki Nakajima as Sakura (Ichigo’s mom) in the 2023 Tokyo Mew Mew New, versus her role as the original Mew Ichigo in the 2002 anime.
