College made him a little too greedy... What started as a couple extra fries each meal, turned into a couple extra platefuls... He became a frequent flier in the cafeteria buffet line, and his waistline rapidly expanded as a result... Before he knew it, his waist size had gone up from a 32 to a 40... Recently graduated, this exjock has started a new desk job, leaving him little free time to use that gym membership. He's already put on another 15lbs and counting... slowly succumbing to his inactive, greedy lifestyle...

Gainer Diary: Mental Block

So, I've had this mental block with my gains- tell me if this is relatable or if I'm just crazy.

I love watching guys of all shapes, sizes and colors fatten up and beef up. I think the process is hot as hell, and I think when ANY man gains weight it is unbelievably hot.

But recently, I have had this mental block, where I do not think I will look good if I gain more weight. As if my gain won't be "unbelievably hot" like every male weight gain I've witnessed.

I want to gain weight...I want to gain a lot of weight. But, there is this tiny voice in the back of my head saying, "you won't be sexy like all of these other guys you've seen gain weight. You should stop gaining". I do gain for myself, but it is hard to silence that voice.

Lmk if this is relatable or if I'm just weird. and if anyone else HAS gone through this, please hmu with some advice to push through it.

Lazy Days

I still have a crazy good metabolism and I still workout every once in a while.

Ex Jock High School Reunion

All the guys from high school blew up after graduation. As the heartthrob of the team, I wanted to show off how well I stayed in shape, but I think all my clothes must've shrunken in the wash...Nothing seems to fit anymore...
