How do I escape life when it constantly follows me?

How do I find the solution to an indestructible obstacle?

How do I end something that starts with me?

Rhetorical or not, help me know the answer,

For it is the way I see the key to all these hurt.

The only solution I see is at the end.

The abyss that is uninspiring and hopeless.

And yet, why do I feel hopeful when I seek it?

Cutting it all and shutting them down. That's what I want.

Is it though?

Do I just want the pain to end?
