Dieta que me fez perder 6kg em 5 dias
Domingo: não comer nada
Segunda: não comer nada
Terça: não comer nada
Quarta: dois ovos cozidos (somente a clara e sem sal)
Quinta: dois ovos cozidos (somente a clara e sem sal)
Sexta: não comer nada
Sábado: um omelete de frango desfiado
Dicas:
- Beber 4L a 6L de água por dia.
- Beber chá Detox todos os dias em jejum, 2× ao dia.
- Fazer Vacuum
- Fazer massagens abdominais
- Pode tomar energético 0kal !
- Em caso de compulsão, apenas coloque tudo pra fora em um período de no máximo 20 minutos após comer.
- Os exercícios que fIz foi apenas 200 polichinelos por dia, e caminhadas dentro de casa por horas.
- Nunca fique parada, apenas sempre esteja se mexendo e queimando mais calorias.
- Caminhadas com roupas leves na madrugada ajudam, pois quanto mais frio você passar, mais seu corpo vai gastar calorias.
Chá Detox que eu usei;
- Um limão
- 15 gotas de própolis
- Duas colheres de açafrão
- Duas colheres de pó de gengibre
Modo de preparo:: adicione todos os ingredientes a um corpo de água morna e tome.
