I had so much fun dressing up my sims for Halloween. The theme I picked for myself this year was "masquerade at the Immernacht circus" - so I went with something less spooky and a bit more elegant for the costumes! 🎪⚰️

We have Grace (the empress) as our fortune teller. Are you brave enough to allow her a look into your future?

Alexander (the emperor) as our ringmaster and art director. He's the one keeping the show running.

And Avery (the hierophant) as our talented magician. Whatever strange phenomen you might encounter, keep in mind that magic is but an illusion. It all just happens in this sweet little head of yours.

Okay. Repairing did nothing. But removing my entire mods folder helped. So most likely something went wrong during the batch fix. Fun. Glad I backed up all the CC prior to the batch fix as I already expected something like this to happen.

Did the DX11 batch fix and now my game doesn't load lmao. The EA app opens and acts as if there is an update I need to install but I already installed the most recent one. 🙃

Let's hope repairing the game fixes this problem.

And Nico (the Wheel of Fortune), an outcast of society and the newest member of the Immernacht circus. Even as you leave the grounds, you keep wondering what makes this person so mesmerising.

Normal evening ramblings below cut

I finished with the Fosters this morning! I always get a mood boost when I finish a week. There are still like four sim days of screenshots I have to write for but for now I'm on a break in playing that save. Definitely still thinking I'll have a break from the rotational writing next month but I might finish up the household rather than have a month in the middle and have everyone else forget what's happening.

This afternoon I went through each of the households in my rotational gameplay and made a wall to put all their photos on. Then I saved the wall to my library. That'll let me keep records of the photographs and also I'll be able to add the photos into each household from the gallery without having to physically gift the photos to everyone so, win win?
