i currently have it set to be free to edit for everyone, so that anyone can add or edit their own section as they'd please. if issues arise, i'll probably change it to comment only and add sections by request.

all i ask is that if you make Major Changes to the spreadsheet itself (like new columns or the like) to ask me or at the very least let me Know. i'll try to keep it up to date w people/info as i see it as well, but also im Bad at this fjdsklfj
