I don't know if you're still up/not occupied with the holidays but I'm curious about the winter scales AU. So please tell me everything about it please 🙏🏼

Ah, I'm currently stuck on deciding what class every character will be, so I can talk about it a bit.

First of all, the story takes place in the game/lore of «Century: Age of Ashes», a PvP game with a focus on wyverns/dragons.

In Winter Scales, different kingdoms live in the world of Skeld, with Lewis being the King of the Valkürian Sanctuary and Max being the King of the Sarghildian Creek who live in constant war.

However, the kingdoms have agreed to meet at the SnearFell Glaciers to have a tournament, the first one in a hundred years - eight of the best riders compete with one another to get a certain amount of money, weaponry and men for the army.

This time, Max and Lewis are elected to race against each other where they meet and talk beforehand, all kingdoms having to talk about a certain amount of their stake. They talk and get to know some things about each other before they get called for the race.

What they didn't know is that someone used Max as a betting object as well, so whoever won the race would get Max as a trophy as well as the rest of the betting objects.

Max loses to Lewis by mere centimetres and has to come with him, taking his kids with him as well since he won't ever leave them alone.

At Lewis' kingdom, Max quickly gets to know Nico and Nicole who try to push Max to be a surrogate and all, but Max won't comply since he's not dumb and knows what it would mean.

Some things happen in between everything but Lewis and Max get closer, Max starts to enjoy the chilly, neverending winter of the Valkürian Range and yeah, I won't spoil anything more 🤭

Ghost Hunter AU?

Yes, kinda!

I was thinking of Lewis (after retiring) still seeking this feeling of adrenaline, the feeling of jumping into the unknown and going ghost hunting. He had dreams of an entity before he lost the chance of an eighth title and wants to know what actually goes on.

He goes to various homes, houses and places where ghost activities are abnormally high until he stumbles into an old and abandoned karting track in the middle of an amusement park where a demon is supposed to haunt the place.

Nothing to find, he thinks and looks around with a team when he hurts himself and falls into the bushes before brushing off dirt and moving on.

The next morning, he wakes up to the sound of something chewing on wood and decides to investigate. That's when he comes across a small hamster who looks at him surprised.

Well, the hamster is a demon/a devil named Max who got summoned by Lewis' blood and has to make sure he follows Lewis' commands to get more powerful and to get home
