Now that I mention that.. I find it a little funny that out of the two, Shimmer has the deeper voice of the two (Shine is a few octives higher than him) yet is entirely girly and perky akjegna I purposely picked out Shine’s VC as someone who is gender neutral considering they themselves are gender neutral/nonbinary whereas Shimmer evidently has a male’s voice because that’s how they identify as (despite how he may act or wear). He’s comfortable in his masculinity that really, he’ll wear whatever and not bat an eye.

A cute thought though is that sometimes they’ll sing to each other when one of them has had a rough day or even to others outside of them performing for the same reasons or just because.
