what kind of other powers does he have that has to be contain that are more dangerous than his demonic form??

That's a good question... He is able to transform into his full demon form, but it's rather limited so he uses it as a last resort kinda thing. And mostly just the level he's able to achieve? Without his collar, he'd essentially be allowed to cause havoc in the other rings and there wouldn't be much the others could do. Hell, he could rival even Lucifer himself. He could escape Hell... I'm not sure how to rate his powers based on a scale or something so it's hard to explain.

With collar = has complete control over his powers even if it keeps him prisoned in hell Without collar = completely unstable and likely to cause mayhem both in hell and out of it since he won't be in control of his powers let alone himself
