I know that this is a Kpop blog, but I’m a huge advocate for CPR/first aid training. I’ve personally used CPR and first aid several times and I think it’s a great skill to have.

CPR combines chest compressions and optional respirations to assist someone who’s become unresponsive. Common guidance recommends 100-120 compressions per minute, and you can use a song with 100-120 BPM to help you keep the rhythm. ok this might be tmi but i started my period (early(it’s been eight years and i have never had regular periods i hate life(my last one was four weeks long(I THOUGHT I HAD A BREAK)))) only had one pad, period was heavy and i was bleeding onto the seat through my FAVOURITE SHORTS and white pants that have the most amazingly soft fabric and i am now depressed and bloody (a stewardess helped me out though (she hunted one down for me (literally walked all around the boat to find a pad(#longlivestewardesses(i think she was on her break too but she still helped me i love herrrrr))))
