The new pjo series feels different than the original books, but a good different. Sure, some fun tidbits from the og series were removed, some things changed, but nevertheless it still feels like pjo, only if rick wrote it in 2023 instead of 2005. And honestly i love it, some changes done feel less like “oh key pieces of the source material were omitted” but more like an addition, and many fit pretty well into the series format. Also the actors fit so well into their roles!! Series!Annabeth is awesome and one of my favourite TV characters in a while, same with Series!Percy and Series!Grover :))
